Order Changes & Cancellations:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

International Orders & Customs Fees:
We ship to the U.S., Canada, and select international locations. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Items:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt. We are not responsible for additional processing times from your financial institution.
