We know how important comfort is, especially during motherhood. That’s why we offer a hassle-free size exchange or a full refund💕 All we ask is that you let us know within 10 days.
If your bra isn’t the perfect fit, don’t worry—we’ll make it right.
✅ You’re eligible for a free size exchange or refund if:
- Ordered the wrong size? We’ll send you the right one—free!
- Received the wrong item, color, or a damaged product? We’ll replace it or refund it.
🚫 Exclusions:
- Buyer’s remorse (“I changed my mind”), though we may offer store credit at our discretion.
- Requests made more than 10 days after delivery.
📸 What We Need from You
To process your exchange or refund quickly, just send us an email with:
1️⃣ Your order number.
2️⃣ A photo showing the issue (for quality control & to prevent misuse).
3️⃣ If requesting an exchange, let us know which size you need!
For damaged or defective items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can take care of it ASAP.
💌 What Happens Next?
- Exchange: Your replacement will ship within 3 business days of approval.
- Refund: Once approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
