I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
We definitely got your order, mama! Check your spam/promotions folder. If it's not there, you'll receive the email within a couple hours.
What if I added the wrong shipping address?
Contact us ASAP. Once the order has shipped, we can't change the shipping address.

I received the wrong/damaged item. What should I do?
